A Learning Environment Without Limits
At LBA, we believe that every child — regardless of their family’s economic circumstances — deserves access to a rich, joyful and ambitious learning experience. That is why we never charge for our trips, regular guests or regular extra-curricular programme. Zumba, Spanish, football, cooking and Story Builders are not extras or add-ons. They are the heartbeat of an LBA education: woven into every day, available to every child, without exception and without additional cost. Because at LBA, the richness of a child’s start in life should never depend on the size of a family’s wallet.
At LBA Nursery, we aim to make outstanding childcare accessible, transparent and great value for every family. Our fees include far more than just care — they include a rich, inspiring learning experience designed to help your child thrive.
1. Our Fees

* Discounted rates are available for parents who are not accessing government funding at LBA. Please get in touch so we can find the best package for your family.
2. Registration Fee & Funding Deposit

Registration Fee | £70.00 — non-refundable after 14-day cancellation period. Returned in full at end of placement for funded-only spaces where all terms and conditions are met, including the notice period. |
Funding Deposit | Returned in full within 30 days of leaving, subject to adherence to terms and conditions and no outstanding balance. |
The registration fee secures your child’s place and covers administrative costs. The funding deposit is held as security against any CCC funding clawback — it is not a fee and does not reduce your childcare charges. Both are fully refundable when parents adhere to all terms and conditions.
3. What’s Included — at No Extra Cost
All children at LBA enjoy a wide range of enrichment activities, fully funded by the nursery:

These sessions are part of our curriculum — free for every child, so no one ever misses out.
4. Payment & Late Policies
Policy | Charge |
Late collection fee (after 6pm) | £25.00 — applied only where lateness is recurring |
Late payment fee | £50.00 — applied for payments received after the 1st of the month |
Monthly fees are due by the 1st of each month. Your invoice is issued for reference only — payment is due by the 1st regardless of whether an invoice has been received.
5. Government Early Education Funding
LBA Nursery offers both Government Early Education Funding schemes for eligible children, delivered on a 51-week stretched basis:

Universal Entitlement | 15 hours/week for eligible 2-, 3- and 4-year-olds |
Extended Entitlement | 30 hours/week for eligible 3- and 4-year-olds (working parents) |
